Editor's Note: This ordinance provides as
follows:
1. The exclusion of trucks over four tons
from Brooks Boulevard between the Manville Borough line and U.S. Route
206 is hereby temporarily suspended.
2. The temporary suspension of this exclusion
is occasioned by the repair work to the East Duke Parkway Bridge,
thus necessitating the rerouting of trucks over four tons through
Brooks Boulevard.
3. The temporary suspension of the aforementioned
exclusion shall occur from the date of adoption and publication of
this ordinance through the date of completion of the repairs of the
East Dukes Parkway Bridge F0703 and its reopening.
