In compliance with N.J.S.A. 33:1-12, the yearly license fee
for a plenary retail consumption license is $2,500. The yearly license
fee for a club license is $63.
No licensee shall sell, serve, deliver or allow,
permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage,
or allow the consumption of any alcoholic beverages on licensed premises
on weekdays between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. or on Sundays
between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., except New Year's Day
each year, as hereinafter provided.
No licensee shall sell, serve, deliver or allow,
permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage,
or allow the consumption of any alcoholic beverages on licensed premises
on New Year's Day when it is a weekday between the hours of 5:00 a.m.
and 7:00 a.m. or on New Year's Day when it is a Sunday between the
hours of 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

The hours above referred to shall be prevailing
Eastern time.

There shall be issued and outstanding in the Township of Jefferson
no more than three club licenses.

It shall be unlawful for a person under 21 years
of age to consume any alcoholic beverages on any licensed premises
in the Township of Jefferson.
It shall be unlawful for a person to misrepresent
or misstate his or her age or the age of any other person for the
purpose of inducing any licensee or any other employee of a licensee
to sell, serve or deliver any alcoholic beverage to a person under
the age of 21 years.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment
in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both, in the
discretion of the Judge before whom such conviction shall be had.
