No person shall sell or distribute alcoholic
beverages except as licensed by the Township or state.
The Township Council shall constitute the authority
for the issuance of licenses under this chapter.
No licensee, or any agent or employee of any
licensee shall give, offer to give, or permit the giving of, any prize,
drink, free game or thing of value in connection with the operation
of any amusement device, or the playing of any game or contest, operated,
played or entered into on the licensed premises.

In addition to the penalties provided in §
61-9, any license issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked for violation of any provision of this chapter or for violation of any provision of Chapter
1 of Title 33 of the Revised Statutes or of any of the rules and regulations promulgated by the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Any person who violates any provision of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not
exceeding $500, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days,
or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day
during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
