As used in this chapter, the following term shall have the meaning indicated:
YOUTH CAMP
A parcel or parcels of land having the general characteristics and
features of a camp as the term is generally understood and which has a certificate
of approval from the Commissioner of Health to operate.
No person shall conduct or maintain any youth camp without first having
obtained a license therefor from the Division of Health.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided herein, any person who
violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be
punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000, or by imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed
committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
