The hours of operation for the Abbot Public Library shall be as established
from time to time by the Abbot Public Library Board of Trustees.
The rules and regulations for the operation and maintenance of the Abbot
Public Library shall be as established from time to time by the Abbot Public
Library Board of Trustees.
