Unless otherwise provided by vote of the Town Meeting, the Chief Procurement
Officer is authorized to enter into contracts for the purchase of supplies
and services pursuant to MGL c.30B. In addition, the Board of Selectmen is
authorized to enter into any other contracts for the exercise of the Town's
general corporate powers.
