All managerial and/or confidential employees of the village who are
not otherwise covered or provided for, by or in the collective bargaining
agreement with union employees shall be and hereby are provided with all benefits,
including but not limited to accumulations of vacation, sick and personal
leaves to be payable upon death during employment, retirement or separation,
to the same extent and with the same limitations as provided for and/or applicable
to any union member covered by said collective bargaining agreement which
is in effect as of the date of such death, retirement or separation of each
such employee.
This article shall not apply to, nor provide any benefits nor accumulations
for any elected officials of the Village of Cedarhurst.
