All vehicular traffic shall be prohibited upon the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV (§ 92-43) during the period when school is in session, and during that time suitable barriers shall be erected upon such streets or parts of streets, closing off that portion thereof which has been designated as a play street.

The Village of Chester Police Department is
authorized to enforce all traffic and parking regulations at the Shop-Rite
Shopping Center and Chester Plaza Shopping Center, including enforcement
of stop signs, handicap parking areas, all regulated parking, fire
and safety zones, one-way traffic lanes and turning restrictions.
