As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
Land opened for use as a street, road, alley or crosswalk, including that space reserved for pedestrian travel, sewers and public utilities.
No person shall plant or maintain any hedge, tree or shrub, nor shall any person erect or maintain any wall, fence or other structure, within the street right-of-way in this Township.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a summary offense and, when convicted before a District Justice, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution or, in default of payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
