There shall be provided, in conformity to the provisions of law, signs of such design, legend and location as are approved by the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles of the State of New Jersey indicating to the traveling public the respective provisions of the regulations provided in this subchapter.
On Chestnut Lane, from its intersection with Oak Lane and then south and east to its intersection with Wootton Road, vehicular traffic shall proceed only in a southwesterly and southeasterly direction.

A. 
On Wootton Road, from its intersection with Maple Lane to its intersection with Roseland Avenue, vehicular traffic shall proceed only in a southwesterly direction.
B. 
On Wootton Road, from its intersection with Chestnut Lane to its intersection with Oak Lane, vehicular traffic shall proceed only in an easterly direction.
A. 
On Hathaway Lane, from its intersection with Forest Way to its intersection with Oak Lane, vehicular traffic shall proceed in but one direction: southwest.
B. 
On Hathaway Lane, from its intersection with Forest Way to its intersection with Hawthorne Road, vehicular traffic shall proceed in but one direction: northeast.
A. 
On Hawthorne Road, from its intersection with Hathaway Lane to its intersection with Argyll Road, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on regular school days in the Borough, vehicular traffic shall proceed in but one direction: northeast.
B. 
On Hawthorne Road, from its intersection with Essex Road to a point 70 feet in a southeasterly direction from its intersection with Forest Way, all vehicular traffic is prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on regular school days in the Borough.
Upon and after the adoption of the ordinance codified in this subchapter, the driving, operation or other movement of any vehicles, except in the direction and as specified in this subchapter, on the streets or parts thereof set forth in this subchapter, and the parking of motor vehicles on Hawthorne Road, except as specified in this subchapter, is prohibited.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to such fine or penalty as may be levied by the Borough Judge of the Municipal Court, not in excess of $50.
