Article I Code Enforcement Officer

§ 39-1 Title.

This article shall be known as the "Independence Township Enforcement Ordinance."

§ 39-2 Office created; appointment.

The position or office of Ordinance Enforcement Officer is hereby created wherein the Ordinance Enforcement Officer shall be appointed by resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Independence Township for such term and for such compensation as then resolved.
