The Board of Supervisors does hereby authorize
the creation of a regional planning commission to be known as the
"Cross Creek Valley Regional Planning Commission."
The Articles of Agreement concerning said Planning
Commission be and the same are hereby approved and the same shall
govern and control the operations of said Planning Commission.[1]
