GENERAL REFERENCES

A.
All town-owned vehicles are to be used for conducting
official town business only.
B.
All department heads are authorized to take their town
vehicle home at night as they are subject to call 24 hours a day.
C.
Department heads may authorize an employee to take a
town vehicle home if the employee is on call for a specific purpose.
D.
Transporting of an employee either to or from work in
a town vehicle is not authorized except during time of emergency or in the
interest of public safety.
