All plumbing work shall comply with the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, now in effect in the Town of Cornwall.

§ 119-44 Right of entry.

The Superintendent or his authorized representative shall be permitted to enter all properties for the purposes of inspection for compliance with the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, as provided for in § 119-34.
