A.
The outdoor premises, the structure exterior and the
interior public and shared areas of rooming houses and group homes
shall be maintained in a safe, clean and sanitary manner in conformance
with the applicable provisions of this chapter pertaining to all residential
structures.
B.
Basic facilities, such as potable water, heat and
hot water, sewerage, electrical systems and fixtures and garbage disposal
and firesafety systems, shall be provided, installed, maintained and
repaired as required by this chapter for all residential structures.
