The area bounded on the north by Maple Street, on the south by Ashford Avenue, on the east by Washington Avenue, and on the west by Park Road as extended in a southerly direction to Ashford Avenue shall be a public park of the Village designated by the name "Gould Park."
The area located on the northerly side of Ashford Avenue opposite its intersection with Mohican Park Avenue and presently occupied by a cemetery shall be a public park of the Village designated by the name "White Church Cemetery Park."
The area bounded on the north by Chestnut Street and Ogden Park, on the south and cast by Palisade Street and on the west by the railroad shall be a public park of the Village designated by the name "Memorial Park."
The area bounded on the north by the property of 145 Palisade Street (3.80-36-42), on the south by the property of Half Moon Restaurant (3.110-103-5), on the east by the railroad and on the west by the Hudson River shall be a public park of the Village designated by the name "Waterfront Park."
The area bounded on the north by SBL 3.14-129-3, on the south by Danforth Avenue, on the east by the Saw Mill River Parkway and on the west by the property of Hunters Run Subdivision shall be a public park of the Village designated by the name "Chauncey Park."
The area bounded on the north by Hickory Hill Subdivision, on the south by Hunters Run Subdivision, on the east by Chauncey Park and on the west by Bramley Lane shall be a public park of the Village designated by the name "Hickory Hill Park."
This area is located in the northeasterly portion of the Village and must be maintained as permanent open space pursuant to the conditions of its acquisition. The park described as "Juhring Estate Park," consisting of approximately 76 acres, is held in title by the Village of Dobbs Ferry and is designated on the assessment roll of the Village as Section 8, Sheet 18, Parcels 4A/3, 38J, 38K, 47A, 4A/4, 4C, 4F, 4D, 4E2, 38L, 41B3; Section 8, Sheet 18A, Block 550, Lots 5, 6 and 7, and Sheet 18D, Parcel 35.
This area is located in the northeasterly corner of the intersection of Broadway and Livingston Avenue and is maintained as planted area. The park described as "Vest Pocket Park," consisting of approximately 200 square feet, is held in title by the Village of Dobbs Ferry and is designated on the assessment roll of the Village as Section 7, Sheet 3, Block 401, Lot 34F.
