It shall be unlawful for any person, association or corporation
to cast, deposit or discharge, or cause or suffer to be cast, deposited
or discharged, into the waters of the Hudson River adjacent to the
Village, from or out of any vessel lying or proceeding in said waters
or from the shores, wharves, docks or piers adjacent to said waters,
any garbage, human excrement or refuse matter of any kind or description
whatever.
The owner and/or operator of every boatyard or marine service
yard which provides berths for vessels equipped with toilets at the
marina's docks or at the floats of such yards, and the owner
and/or operator of every yacht club, marine service yard or any other
property which provides, at such club, yard or property, accommodations
for berthing dinghies or other tenders for vessels equipped with toilets,
moored or operated in the waters of the Hudson River adjacent to the
Village, shall maintain suitable toilet facilities onshore for the
accommodation of the users of said vessels.
The operation of any vessel in any manner which unreasonably
endangers the users of the waters of the Hudson River adjacent to
the Village is hereby prohibited.
Living on boats anchored or moored in the waters of the Hudson
River adjacent to the Village is prohibited.

Village residents may use the kayak storage racks provided by
the Village, subject to the guidelines established by the Recreation
Department at a full season fee as set from time to time by the Board
of Trustees.
