Village of Greene, NY Chapter 86 Records, Public Access to

§ 86-1 Records access officer designated.

The Village Clerk or his or her designee is hereby designated as records access officer.

§ 86-2 Availability.

Records shall be available for inspection at the Village Hall, 49 Genesee Street, Greene, New York, during regular office hours.

§ 86-3 Fees.

Fees for copies of records shall be as set forth in Article 6 of the Public Officers Law.
