Prior to undertaking any new land use activity, except for uses specifically excepted in § 99-5 of this chapter, a site plan hearing and approval by the Planning Board is required. Applicants for site plan approval shall follow the recommended procedures as outlined in the Village Law of the State of New York, § 7-725-a.
