For every building erected, altered, extended
or changed in use, there shall be provided off-street parking spaces
as set forth below. A required parking space shall be at least eight
feet wide by 20 feet long and shall be reached by an access driveway
at least 10 feet in width.
A. Residential. One- and two-family dwelling units: one
parking space for each one-family dwelling unit and three for every
two-family unit.
B. Commercial or multiple dwelling. Multiple-family dwelling
units: five spaces for every three units.
For bordering lots in all districts that border
residential districts, there shall be the following setbacks for principal
and accessory buildings:
A. Side setback: 10 feet set back from a property line
which borders a residential or Planned Development District.
No accessory building or structure shall be
permitted in front of a principal building.
A. Rear yard: three feet set back from the property line.
B. Side yard: three feet set back from the property line.
On lots where the principal or any accessory
structure has been damaged by natural or man-made causes beyond repair
and must be rebuilt, the owner may apply for a replacement building
permit to rebuild within six months of such occurrence without penalty
for any preexisting condition varying from the current zoning regulations.
If a building permit is applied for after six months from such occurrence,
then all rules and regulations of the current zoning law shall govern.
The replacement building permit cannot alter the use of the property.
In all districts, no building or accessory structure
shall exceed 50 feet in height above ground level.
