The Board of Trustees shall appoint an examining
Board of Electricians which shall consist of three members. The respective
terms of the members of the Board first appointed shall be one, two
and three official years and, for the purpose of such first appointments,
the unexpired time of the then current official year shall constitute
the first year of such terms. Their successors in office shall be
appointed for terms of three official years. If a vacancy shall occur
other than by expiration of term, it shall be filled by appointment
for the unexpired term. The members shall receive such compensation
as the Board of Trustees shall determine by resolution.
At the annual meeting, the Board of Trustees
shall designate one of the members of the Examining Board of Electricians

shall not deprive the member of his vote as a member of such Examining
Board of Electricians.
