At all times that a shooting gallery or rifle range is open for business,
there shall be in charge an attendant not less than age 18.
All firearms at any shooting gallery or rifle range shall be unloaded,
except when in use by an attendant or customer. No attendant shall permit
any customer to load any firearm, but the attendant shall load it. Such loading
shall not take place until the customer has signified his desire to use the
firearm, except where an attendant desires to use the firearm for purposes
of demonstration, practice or testing.
All firearms shall be kept affixed to the premises by chain or other
device so that they may not be readily removed by any member of the public,
or shall be placed out of reach of members of the public so that they cannot
be obtained except by an attendant.
Whenever no attendant is present at the shooting gallery or rifle range,
all firearms used at such shooting gallery or rifle range shall be either
removed from the premises or placed out of sight in a locked room or compartment
of sufficient strength to resist ready access.
Whenever no attendant is present at the shooting gallery or rifle range,
all ammunition on the premises shall be kept out of sight in a separate room
or compartment from any firearm, which room or compartment shall be locked
and of sufficient strength to resist ready access.
