Pursuant to § 10, Subdivision 1(i), of the Municipal Home
Rule Law of the State of New York, the Town Clerk of the Town of Lake George
shall henceforth publish in the official newspaper designated by the Town
Board, a summary statement of the text of all adopted and amended ordinances,
rules and regulations, in lieu of the publication of the entire text thereof.
