Pursuant to § 381, Subdivision 2, of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code Act,[1] the Town Board of the Town of Lake George hereby elects not to administer or enforce the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code for the Town of Lake George, on the 16th day of April, 1984, and grants such enforcement authority to the County of Warren, Department of Fire Prevention and Building Code Enforcement.
