It shall be unlawful for any owner, lessee or occupant of any real property in the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury to:
A. 
Install, maintain or use upon said real property an audible burglar alarm or audible fire alarm that is not provided with a device that will automatically terminate such alarm after 15 minutes of continuous sound audible beyond the boundaries of such property.
B. 
Suffer or permit such burglar alarm or fire alarm to emit sound audible beyond the boundaries of such real property for a continuous period of more than 15 minutes, whether or not said alarm has been equipped with the automatic shutoff device required by Subsection A.
C. 
Install, maintain or use upon said real property an alarm system employing an automatic dialer connected to the Old Westbury Police Department, which system is not equipped with a device that will automatically terminate the continuation of alarm telephone calls to the Village of Old Westbury Police Department within 15 minutes after initiation of the first such telephone call.
D. 
Install, maintain or use upon said real property a burglar or fire alarm system connected to the Village of Old Westbury Police Department, which alarm system is not equipped with an automatic delay mechanism which will delay for a minimum of 20 seconds the transmission of any alarm to said Police Department.
In the event that any audible burglar alarm or fire alarm should transmit an audible alarm emitting a continuous sound audible beyond the boundaries of the real property to which said alarm is affixed for longer than 15 minutes or a burglar or fire alarm system shall transmit alarm telephone calls to the Village of Old Westbury Police Department for longer than 15 minutes after the initiation of the first such telephone call or an alarm shall have been transmitted sooner than 20 seconds after the burglar or fire alarm has been activated, the owner, lessee or occupant of the real property shall be issued a warning advising him that the transmission of any further such alarms will result in the imposition of a fine.
For every alarm violating the provisions of § 61-1 hereof, after the first such alarm, the following schedule of fines shall be applicable:
A. 
Second and third such alarm of each calendar year: $10.
B. 
Fourth and fifth alarm of each calendar year: $25.
C. 
Each alarm over five in each calendar year: $50.
