A. 
An Environmental Commission (Commission) is hereby created, to consist of five members, one of whom shall be appointed the Chairperson.
B. 
The members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees for a period of one year.

C. 
The Chairperson may not be a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals.[1]
