The position of Deputy City Clerk is hereby created.
The Deputy City Clerk shall have the duty of assisting the City Clerk
in the performance of all acts and duties now assigned and delegated to the
City Clerk and, in the absence or disability of the City Clerk, shall have
the power to act in place and stead of the City Clerk.
