[The College Township Water Authority was created May 2, 1996,
by Res. No. R-96-09, pursuant to the Municipalities Authority Act of 1945,
53 P.S. § 301 et seq.[1]Said resolution set forth the Articles of Incorporation of the
Authority as well as the names and addresses of the first members of the Board
of said Authority. The names of the members and copies of the bylaws are available
at the Municipal Building.]
