Township of College, PA Article II Adoption of Standards

§ 82-2 Adoption of codes.

Now therefor for the purposes set forth in § 82-1 it is hereby enacted and ordained that the Township of College hereby elects to administer and enforce, the provisions of the Pennsylvania Construction Act, Act 45 of 1999, 35 P.S. §§ 7210.101 through 7210.1103, as amended from time to time, the Uniform Construction Code, contained in 34 Pa. Code, Chapters 401 through 405, as amended from time to time.
