This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "East Bradford Township
Curfew Ordinance."
Except as otherwise provided by §
49-4 of this chapter, it shall be unlawful:
A. For a minor to be or to remain in or upon a public place
at any time between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except that on
Friday and Saturday nights and on all nights between June 15 and September
15 of every year, the hours shall be from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 a.m.
B. For a parent to permit a minor to be or to remain in or upon a public place at any time between the curfew hours as specified in Subsection
A herein.

Any person violating or permitting the violation of the provisions of §
49-3 of this chapter shall, upon being found liable therefor in a criminal enforcement proceeding, pay a fine of not more than $1,000 nor less than $25, together with court costs and reasonable attorneys fees, and may be incarcerated for a period not exceeding 90 days. Such fine, costs, attorney fees and incarceration, after being reduced to a final, unappealed judgment, shall be enforced by the township pursuant to the applicable rules of criminal procedure. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate violation.
