The manufacture, display, sale or discharge of fireworks shall comply
with the provisions of this chapter.
A permit shall be required for each display, sale or discharge of fireworks.
Fees for each plan examination and permit shall be those established
by resolution duly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of
East Bradford.
Any person affected by a decision of the Code Enforcement Officer to
grant or deny a permit pursuant to this chapter shall have the right to appeal
to the township's BOCA Board of Appeals, provided that a written application
for appeal is filed within 20 days after the day the decision, notice or order
was served. An application for appeal shall be based on a claim that the provisions
of this chapter or the rules legally adopted thereunder have been incorrectly
interpreted, the provisions of this chapter do not fully apply or the requirements
of this chapter are adequately satisfied by other means. This section shall
not apply to violations of this chapter.
