The Borough Electric Department is authorized to place light fixtures
on private property at its sole option and discretion.
Before any such fixture is placed, the property owner shall execute
with the Borough a placement agreement prepared by the Borough providing for
reimbursement to the Borough for its installation and maintenance costs, a
monthly charge for electrical use, as amended from time to time, and a release
of the Borough from any and all liability associated with the placement and
maintenance of the fixture.
