[Adopted as Sec. 4-20 of the 1982 Revised
General Ordinances]
Any construction project proceeding lawfully
under a construction permit issued by the Borough Construction Official
shall cease within 10 days of its commencement unless the construction
site has its water service installed. Thereafter the construction
shall not continue until the installation of such water service.
The Construction Official, in his sole discretion,
may give temporary relief from this article for good cause.
