A developer may request the Planning Board to
perform an informal review of a concept plan for a development for
which the developer intends to prepare and submit an application for
development. The fees for this informal review shall be a credit toward
fees for review of the application for development. The developer
shall not be bound by any concept plan for which review is requested,
and the Planning Board shall not be bound by any such review.
The owner or applicant shall submit 15 copies
of a conceptual site plan showing the general layout of the proposed
facilities. In addition he shall submit at least four photographs
showing the front, rear and sides of the property along with the applicable
application and escrow fees. The fees shall be paid in cash or by
check payable to the Borough of Stone Harbor. All documents and fees
shall be submitted simultaneously.
Upon the receipt of the required information,
the application shall be scheduled to be reviewed at the next available
meeting of the Planning Board where the agenda permits.
