The Village of Rye Brook hereby adopts the Plan[1] for the voluntary participation of all eligible employees.

Editor's Note: The "Plan" referred to is the
Deferred Compensation Plan for Employees of New York State and Other
Participating Jurisdictions.
The appropriate officials of the Village of
Rye Brook are hereby authorized to take such actions and enter such
agreements as are required or necessary for the adoption, implementation
and maintenance of the Plan.
The Administrative Services Agency is hereby
authorized to file copies of these resolutions and other required
documents with the President of the New York State Civil Service Commission.
