[Adopted 8-5-1963]
When the State of New York Department of Public Works completes the reconstruction of Signal No. 5, located at the intersection of Chestnut Street, Darbee Lane, North Main Street and South Main Street in the Village of Liberty, New York, in accordance with federal standards of dual lane indications, vehicles will be permitted an uninterrupted left turn from the south on South Main Street to the west into Chestnut Street, as indicated on the advanced green indication on said Signal No. 5.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the foregoing provisions shall be subject to the penalties for traffic infractions in accordance with the provisions of § 1800(b) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
The provisions of this Part 2 shall become effective as an ordinance after adoption and publication in accordance with the law and after reconstruction of Signal No. 5 at the intersection of Chestnut Street, Darbee Lane, North Main Street and South Main Street in the Village of Liberty, New York, in accordance with federal standards of dual lane indications.[1]
