Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Ch. 37,
Procurement Policy, adopted 12-16-1991, as amended.
The Village of Millbrook has a Procurement Policy
which is documented in the Policy Section of the Village website,
and such policy shall be reviewed and updated by the Village Board
each year at its reorganization meeting.
