Village of Groton, NY Article IV Activities Permitted in Certain Districts

§ 200-20 Purpose of Article.

The purpose of this article is to set forth the land use activities which will be permitted in the Village of Groton and to specify the districts in which each activity will be permitted, subject to all the regulations of the particular zoning district under consideration.

§ 200-21 Land use activities.

A. Schedule II, Land Use Activities, is included at the end of this chapter.

B. Land use activities shall include, but not be limited to those activities described in Schedule II, Land Use Activities, at the end of this chapter.
