The Fire Department, EMS and police providing coverage to the area involved shall be notified through normal procedures and respond according to their own procedures. All incidents will be dispatched as a hazardous materials incident, followed by a brief statement on the nature of the product or situation involved. All information transmitted to the dispatch center shall be relayed to the first responding Chief and apparatus.
A. 
Level 1: All incidents to be dispatched as Level 1:
(1) 
Jurisdictional fire department.
(2) 
Zone police unit.
(3) 
Zone EMS agencies.
B. 
The incident commander shall determine if an incident shall be classified above Level 1, and the following additional requests shall be made:

Level 2:
(a)

The dispatch center will summon additional off-duty dispatchers to assist in the dispatch center and prepare to respond Field-Com to the scene.
The dispatch center shall keep a separate log detailing all pertinent activity and all requests involving the incident.
