A. 
The notice of hearing was published and posted as required by law and is otherwise sufficient;
B. 
All the property and property owners, within the proposed sewer district, are benefited thereby;
C. 
All of the property and property owners benefited are included within the proposed sewer district; and
D. 
It is in the public interest to establish the proposed sewer district as hereinafter described.
The Town Board does hereby approve the establishment of a sewer district as hereinafter described to be known as the "Town of Hague Sewer District No. 1," particularly described in the attached Schedule A.[1]

The following improvements in said district will be constructed upon the required funds being made available or provided for: to wit, the construction of a wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment system and related appurtenances.
The proposed improvements, including cost of rights-of-way, construction costs, legal fees and other expenses, shall be financed as follows: project will be funded by a United States Environmental Protection Agency grant to Warren County and all remaining costs to be expended from bonds issued or on behalf of the proposed district, and not from any general Town funds.
This article is subject to permissive referendum in the manner provided in Article 7 of the Town Law and Subdivision 3 of § 209-e of the Town Law.[1]

The Town Board has determined that all the property and property owners within the proposed sewer district are benefited thereby;
C. 
All property and property owners benefited are included within the proposed sewer district; and
D. 
The establishment of such district is in the public interest.
A. 
The Town Board approves the creation of the proposed district, subject to permissive referendum, and the proposed bonds to furnish and finance said district;
B. 
The proposed map, plan, and report prepared by Clough, Harbour & Associates, LLP, licensed New York State professional engineers, dated July 2006, and filed with the Town Clerk, is hereby approved.
A. 
The Town Board of the Town of Hague is authorized to obtain the USEPA grant and bonding in the amount of $3,740,000 for funding said district, of which $3,085,000 of this total amount is to be funded by a United States Environmental Protection Agency grant to Warren County and all remaining costs to be expended from bonds issued or on behalf of the proposed district, and not from any general Town funds, and upon the further condition that the establishment of the proposed district be approved by the Comptroller of the State of New York upon submission of a completed application to establish the district filed pursuant to Town Law § 209-f;
B. 
The cost for the installation of the service line from the building to the property line shall be borne by the owner.
