No mechanically propelled vessel shall be operated at a speed exceeding five miles per hour on the waters of Lake George bounding the Town of Hague within the following described area. The following area is described in accordance with a chart entitled "Lake George 1970 Base Chart prepared for State of New York Department of Conservation by Dickerso, Czerwinski and Marneck":
A. 
Island Harbor. Bounded on the south by a line drawn between Shoal marker "B5" FL W and the southerly tip of Waltonian Island; on the east by a line drawn between the easterly tip of Waltonian Island and the easterly tip of Flirtation Island and by a line from the easterly tip of Flirtation Island to the easterly tip of Friends Point; on the north and west by the southerly side of Friends Point and the westerly shore of Lake George.

A violation of this article is hereby declared to be an offense punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
