No person shall permit any injury, defacement, mutilation or destruction
of any village signs or other property or of any trees, flowers, shrubs or
grass plots in any public highway or place within the Village of Head-of-the-Harbor.

Anyone who violates this Article shall be subject to a fine or imprisonment,
up to the maximum that may be imposed by a village court, or both.
