Village of Head-of-the-Harbor, NY Article III Structures in Public Highways

§ 122-5 Prohibited acts.

No person shall erect or maintain or use in the public roads or highways within the Village of Head-of-the-Harbor any structure or building whatsoever.

§ 122-6 Penalties for offenses.

Any person violating the provisions of this Article shall thereby incur a penalty of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.) nor exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.) for each and every violation thereof. Any violation of this Article or any part thereof shall constitute disorderly conduct, and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person.
