[Amended 3-10-1997 by L.L. No. 1-1997]
The Town of North Hempstead has enacted a local
law known as "Taxicabs, Limousines and Private Livery Vans," which
was adopted on January 22, 1991. The Village of Lake Success hereby
elects to have such town local law applicable within the limits of
the Village of Lake Success.
