No person other than a child under 16 years
of age, who is a resident of the City of Middletown, New York, may
fish in the Summit Pond of the City of Middletown between the hours
of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. daily, including Sundays.
No person shall be permitted to take any game
fish or panfish from said pond in excess of the limit prescribed by
the Conservation Law of the State of New York, and such taking shall
be further limited as follows:
A. Pickerel: none less than 12 inches in length nor more
than five in any one day.
B. Bass: none less than 10 inches in length nor more
than five in any one day.
C. Crappies: none less than five inches in length nor
more than 10 in any one day.
D. Perch: none less than six inches in length nor more
than 10 in any one day.
E. Catfish (bullheads): none less than six inches in
length nor more than 12 in any one day.
No fish shall be taken from said pond by any
means other than angling, that is, the use of rod and line.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cut any
hole or holes in the ice or to fish through the ice on Summit Pond.
No person shall throw any refuse of any kind
in said pond, nor leave or throw any such refuse on any of the property
of the City of Middletown adjoining such pond.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding
$25 or imprisonment not exceeding five days, or both.
