As used in this Code, the following terms shall
have the meanings given:
The Commissioner of Planning and Development or any code
enforcement official from the Department of Planning and Development.
The Director of Planning and Development of the Town of Salina.

Includes any peace officer, police officer or any code enforcement
officer who shall be authorized to enforce any provision of this Code
not specifically assigned to some other town officer or official.
Any person, firm, partnership or corporation, whether business
or membership or religious, charitable or otherwise, or any purchaser,
tenant, lessee, occupant, tenant, receiver or assignee of private
premises or private property or any other unit or entity owning real
property in the Town of Salina.
The Administrator of the Department of Parks and Recreation
of the Town of Salina.
An individual, firm, partnership, corporation, voluntary
association, incorporated association and/or principal or agent thereof.
Any highway, street, sidewalk, park or playground or municipal
building in the town.
The Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Salina.
The Town Clerk of the Town of Salina.
Any person or firm serving at the time as attorney for the
Town of Salina.
Any person or firm serving at the time as the engineer for
the Town of Salina.
Includes that portion of the Town of Salina located outside
the corporate limits of the Village of Liverpool.
