Personnel rules, including but not limited to hours of work, attendance rules, holidays, leaves, disciplinary procedures, salary and pay periods, appearance, probationary term, meeting the public, fringe benefits and work rules, may be adopted from time to time by the Town Board. Such personnel rules are on file in the office of the Town Clerk and with each department head of the Town.
