A. 
These regulations shall be administered by the Zoning Board of Appeals to ensure orderly growth and development and shall supplement and facilitate provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, Official Map, Comprehensive Plan and other adopted land use plans.
B. 
Pursuant to the provisions of § 271 of the Town Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals may make recommendations to the Town Board for amendments to these regulations. Such amendments shall not take effect unless adopted by the Town Board by ordinance.
A. 
It shall be the duty of the Director of Planning and Development to enforce the provisions of this chapter and to bring to the attention of the Town Board any violations or lack of compliance with these regulations.
B. 
Any violation by a person of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a violation punishable or otherwise actionable as provided at Chapter 235, Zoning, § 235-54, and subsections thereof.
C. 
Any person who takes part or assists in any violation of this chapter shall also be subject to the penalties provided herein.
D. 
Each day that a violation of this chapter is committed or permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
E. 
The Town Board shall have recourse to such other remedies in law and equity as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of these regulations.
