The term "center," as used herein, shall refer
to:

A rate of speed in excess of 15 miles per hour
of any vehicle in any part of said center shall be unlawful and is
hereby prohibited.

The parking or standing of any vehicle is hereby
prohibited in any of the following areas designated as no-parking
areas and fire lanes or in front of all fire hydrants in the Town
of Somers or within 15 feet on either side of said fire hydrants.

(1) Entire perimeter of the building.
B. Lovell Realty Corporation.

D. American Partition Corp. and Corcoran's Store.
(1) Next to the building, entire perimeter.
E. Somers Manor Nursing Home, Inc.
(1) In the circle surrounding the administration building.
(2) In front of the hospital.
(3) In the driving lane from Route 100 to Plumbrook Road
(except as it may be superseded by the Public Health Law or any regulation
adopted pursuant thereto and by any regulations adopted by the New
York State Department of Health or any governmental agency having
jurisdiction for the operation and licensing of a residential health
care facility or in the best interest of patient/resident safety and
health.)
F. The Somers Commons.

(4) For center business only. No vehicle shall be permitted to drive in the rear except as provided in Subsection
H(2) or
(3) above. The rear entrance and all other ingresses shall be so marked and restricted by the center authorities.
I. Heritage 202 Center.
(1) The front of the main building where posted as a fire
zone.
(2) The rear of the entire building.
(3) The drive-in bank driveway.
(4) The dropoff area in front of the restaurant building.
J. O'Connor Building, Baldwin Place Area, Route 118.

A. A pedestrian crosswalk shall be established in the
following area or areas:
(1)
Town Center at Somers across the roadway in
front of the Post Office.
B. Proper signs and markings shall be installed or made
to accomplish the purposes of this section.
No vehicle shall be parked or left standing
in any part of any center at any time during snowstorms, floods, fires
or other public emergency, except as directed by a police officer.

The violation of any provision of this article shall constitute a traffic infraction within the meaning of § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, and any person violating any provisions of this article shall be punished as therein provided. The minimum fine for violation of §
158-10 of this article shall be $15 for each offense. The minimum fine for violation of §
158-14 of this article shall be $25 for each offense.
The no-parking or -standing areas designated in §
158-10 hereof are further designated fire zones, and the Chief and Deputy Chiefs of the Fire Bureau and Fire Inspector are also authorized to enforce this article as to such section.

Stop signs shall be located in Somers Chase at the following
intersections:
A. Northwest
and southeast corner of Hallocks Run at Theal Court and northeast
corner of Theal Court at Hallocks Run.
B. Northeast
and southwest corner of Hallocks Run at Revere Court and southeast
corner of Revere Court at Hallocks Run.
