§ 158-22 Speed limits.

The speed limit within the Heritage Hills of Westchester Development shall be 30 miles per hour.

§ 158-23 Stop intersections.

A. Stop signs shall be located on the east hill of Heritage Hills at the following intersections:

(1) Southwest corner of Heritage Hills Drive and Route 100.

(2) Southeast corner of Heritage Hills Drive and "B" Road near Building No. 230.

(3) Southwest corner of Heritage Hills Drive and "B" Road near Building No. 223.

(4) Southeast corner of Heritage Hills Drive and East Hill Drive.

(5) Northeast corner of Heritage Hills Drive and East Hill Drive.

(6) Southwest corner of Heritage Hills Drive and golf pro shop and activity area parking.

(7) Southwest corner of Heritage Hills Drive and activity area.

(8) Southwest corner of Heritage Hills Drive and West Hill Drive.

(9) Northeast corner of Heritage Hills Drive and Sales and Administration Building.

(10) Northeast corner of Heritage Hills Drive and shopping center.

(11) Southwest corner of Heritage Hills Drive and shopping center.

(12) Northwest corner of Heritage Hills Drive and Route 202.

(13) Northwest corner of East Hill Drive and "B" Road near Building No. 211.

B. Stop signs shall be located on the west hill at the following locations:

(1) Northwest corner of West Hill Drive and "B" Road near Building No. 299.

(2) South corner of West Hill Drive and "B" Road near Building No. 350.

(3) South corner of West Hill Drive and West Hill Drive near Building No. 349.

(4) Northwest corner of West Hill Drive and clubhouse parking area.

(5) Northwest corner of West Hill Drive and "B" Road near Building No. 974.

(6) Northwest corner of West Hill Drive and "B" Road near Building No. 954.

(7) Northwest corner of West Hill Drive and clubhouse of "B" Road near clubhouse parking.

(8) Southwest corner of West Hill Drive and clubhouse and "B" Road near Building No. 449.

(9) Southeast corner of West Hill Drive and clubhouse and "B" Road near Building No. 351.

§ 158-24 Handicapped parking.

Reserved handicapped parking locations on the east and west hills are as follows:

A. Six spaces at the main activities area upper level parking.

B. Two spaces at the main activities area lower level parking.

C. One space at the Condo No. 7 recreation area.

D. Two spaces at the Condo No. 12 recreation area.

§ 158-25 Miscellaneous signs.

Miscellaneous signs and their locations are as follows:

A. Do not enter:

(1) East side of Heritage Hills Drive near north end of median divider (Route 202).

(2) West side of Heritage Hills Drive across from Imperial Wok Restaurant.

B. One-way arrow:

(1) East side of Heritage Hills Drive across from median crossover for Heritage 202 Center.

(2) West end of median crossover.

(3) Two signs each end of divided entry for Building Nos. 547 through 557.

(4) Two signs for upper level parking at main activities area.

C. Keep right:

(1) North end of Heritage Hills Drive median divider (Route 202).

D. Keep right symbol:

(1) Heritage Hills Drive at Route 202 entry in median.

(2) Heritage Hills Drive at Route 100 at both ends of median divider.

E. Steep hill-slow:

(1) Heritage Hills Drive at driveway for Building No. 229.

(2) West Hill Drive east of driveway for Building Nos. 339 through 341.

F. No trucks symbol:

(1) Heritage Hills Drive at Route 100 median.

G. Sharp curve:

(1) West side of Heritage Hills Drive approximately 1,200 feet from Route 100 intersection.

H. End slow traffic lane:

(1) West Hill Drive south of driveway for Building Nos. 290 through 298.

I. Slower traffic keep right:

(1) North side of West Hill Drive approximately 600 feet west of Warren Street intersection.

J. Traffic light symbol:

(1) South side of West Hill Drive approximately 600 feet west of Warren Street intersection.

(2) North side of West Hill Drive approximately 300 feet east of Warren Street intersection.

K. No turn on red:

(1) One on each corner of Warren Street and West Hill Drive intersection.

L. Dead end-no outlet:

(1) Condo No. 19 "B" Road at intersection with "C" Road to Building Nos. 396 through 397.

(2) West Hill Drive west of driveway for Building Nos. 950 through 952.

M. Stop ahead:

(1) West side of "B" Road across from Condo No. 12 recreation area.

N. No parking and no parking fire lane:
